When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipment will arrive between 10-15 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
Orders received after 05:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the next day. There is no shipping on Sundays.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

amazing! super easy to put together! the app was pretty easy to understand! very well made! my cat LOVES it! the tracker in the app is alil inconsistent but if you dont care then its fine. comes with a mat to put infront which i didnt realize if your cat likes to really dig into the litter like mine does you will have quite a bit of litter outside but ill take sweeping up litter to having to actually change the litter box. best purchase ive made!

omggggg yesssss I love this litter box so much more than my other one I got from chewy.com. this one is so easy to put together and hook up to the wifi. its so easy to clean as well. I ordered 2 more of these.
I love this product. I don’t have to be cleaning poop every day. I can do it once a week and there’s no smell. My cats love it. The first few days they were interested in the cycle but now they are used to it. I do recommend it it’s a life changing experience.
